About Me

Sally has long been fascinated with the healing benefits of yoga and mindfulness for children and adults. This fascination motivated her to study psychology, and complete her graduate in both Child Development (UCL, London) and Mindfulness (UCD, Dublin), where she focused on Mindful Parenting.

Sally continued along this path, travelling from the UK to Asia to the Caribbean to Canada, earning her 500-hour YTT along the way, and creating gorgeous programs in yoga and mindfulness for children and grown-ups of all ages.

Sally has long believed that the traditional way of parenting and schooling in Ireland is outdated, and potentially caused increased levels of depression and anxiety amongst children and guardians. Her goal is to consign these traditional ways to the past, and embrace modern techniques and teachings.

Through deep study and intuition, Sally came to the conclusion that when we become familiar with what is happening in our mind and body, we can create space for a little more calm and joy. This familiarity, or presence, is what Sally aims to help her students find both on and off the mat.
